Tuberculosis (TB) Mantoux Tests
TB skin tests are offered Tuesdays between 8:30am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm - 3:30pm and must be read the following Thursday between the hours of 8:30am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm - 3:30pm. At that time, you will receive documentation of the result. The office is closed for all government holidays. Pricing and clinic dates are subject to change. Please be advised that if paying by credit card, your card will be charged an additional convenience fee which will vary based on the amount charged.
QFT blood draw to detect TB infection by appointment only Monday - Friday.
No TB testing on the following 2024 dates:
- July 2
- July 9
- November 5
- November 26
- December 24
Who Should be screened for TB?
- Close contacts of persons known or suspected to have TB
- Persons infected with HIV
- Persons who have certain clinical conditions known to increase the risk of disease if infection occurs
- Persons with a history of inadequately treated TB
- Persons who inject illicit drugs
- Residents & employees of high-risk congregate settings (i.e.: nursing homes, correctional facilities, mental institutions, other long-term care facilities, & homeless shelters)
- Health care workers who serve high-risk clients
- Persons born outside the US & Canada, including high-risk racial & ethnic groups
- Locally defined high prevalence groups (substance abusers, migrant workers, the homeless)
TB tests are required for:
- Employees of licensed childcare facilities
- College students
- Foster parents/family
- Correctional facility inmates & employees
- Refugees
- Health Care Workers
