The Johnson County Health Department will be hosting Immunization Clinics on the following days in 2024.

• December 16: Who So Ever Will Community Church: Gymnasium

          623 Eisenhower Drive, Edinburgh, IN 46124.  4 PM to 6 PM

To participate in the Immunization Clinic, please complete the online form at: https://patients.vaxcare.com/registration and use Enrollment Code: IN65942, then select the desired location.
